Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Terms

1. Initial Deposit Refund: The initial deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in, a full refund minus a processing fee of $149.00 will be provided.
2. Refund Timeline: Refunds can take 7-10 business days to process and will be refunded to the original card used for the booking.
3. Cancellations Within 60 Days: If a reservation is canceled within 60 days of the arrival date, the full stay amount plus taxes will be retained. The damage protection charge and Transient Accommodation Tax will be refunded.
4. Cancellations Within 30 Days: Rent and taxes will be forfeited for any changes or cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
5. No Refunds for Early Departures: No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or shortened stays after arrival.

1. Covid-19 Related Cancellations: For cancellations due to Covid-19 related issues, such as illness or quarantine mandates, guests may rebook or cancel their reservation with the purchase of additional insurance at a rate of 6.95% of the booking.
