Hawaii Taxes: 17.97% (General Excise Tax + Transient Accommodations Tax + Kauai Transient Accommodations Tax) applied to the total rental amount
Credit Card Administrative Fee: $100 per reservation

Reservation Deposit: 50% of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation
Balance Due: The remaining 50% is due during the first week, two months before your arrival date
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards

90+ days before arrival	Full refund minus $300 cancellation fee
60 – 89 days before arrival	50% refund minus $300 cancellation fee
30 – 59 days before arrival	No refund
Less than 30 days	No refund

Holiday Reservations: Holiday bookings have a stricter cancellation policy. Please inquire for specific terms when booking holiday dates.
