# River Estate — Private Riverfront Vacation Homes, North Shore Kaua'i River Estate is two privately owned vacation homes on roughly two acres of riverfront land on the Wainiha River, on the quiet end of Kaua'i's North Shore, about nine miles past Hanalei town. The two houses stand roughly 200 feet apart, each with its own lanai and river frontage, screened from each other by mature tropical garden. They are rented directly by the owner, not through a management company or resort. ## Key facts - **Location:** Wainiha, North Shore Kaua'i, Hawai'i.
